A while ago I was inspired by little quotes printed on coffee cups because they gave me topics to ponder as I slowly take in a very necessary dose of caffeine.   I later figured, “Why not read a little bit of the Bible and write down my thoughts about it?”  Eventually, this routine became my spiritual discipline.  I noticed that God was transforming and guiding me through normal daily experiences by providing me with different and more favorable perspectives.

In a world filled with opinions and negativity, it is easy for any person to get trapped into a web of frustration and discouragement.  Only through careful reading, interpretation, and validation from seasoned Christians can we come to understand who God is and how much he loves us.  We need his words of wisdom and encouragement if we want to experience life as he intended.  Well, at least I do.

Many years ago, my wife purchased a Bible for me and wrote: “This is God’s love letter to you!”  I never thought about it that way before, but now I realize what she was talking about.

Therefore, I present to you my musings and casual invitation.
